Transfer case

Unread post by wheelie » August 18th, 2011, 1:13 pm

Hi guys, I have a young bloke looking for parts for a transfer case in a F65 scat 83/84 with a 5 speed gearbox. He has pulled it down and he says that the high range gear is stripped. Does anyone know of any transmission/ transfer case people out there that can either supply parts or rebuild it.
He lives in Qld, but freighting shouldn't be a problem.

Cheers

Update....He needs to find a transfer case or the gears, as the gear in the 4 speed is too skinny. Does anyone have a 5 speed case for sale or know anyone that has, and does anyone have a parts list or repair manual for these things or know where he might get one.

Thanks greatly

I know it's been almost a year but am posting for the benefit of anyone else that may be in the same boat.

http://www.warfs.org/ have a few manuals posted. I rebuilt my F60 box and transfer using a Rocky manual. Other than the top selector case/cover, the rest was the same.
