Raentroy, looks like youve got a bit of work ahead of you there folks..great to see someone having a go.Will be a beast with the six when finnished.....Will you be running a coil front end and what type of flares, you thinking of running on the front for the wider diffs ???? They certainly need the wider track...

Yep you can get air lockers that are made in greece... cheaper than arb ones also.. They are the only manufactures in the world who make them for rocky's... there were some old detroit lockers floating around but you would have to find someone who wants to part with them....

nice rear bar thats one of my up and coming projects nice work coming out of that mud hole to, and yes i think that the rocky is one of the toughest 4wds you can buy mine goes everywhere ( except really unlevel ground it seems to want to roll easy). where do you take yours out is there any where good down the coast i usually go to ormeau or the pine forest

No lockers in mine.. haven't had the need for one yet.. we get in some pretty tough stuff but It usually always makes it through.. I don't go to ormeau anymore coz it is locked down now, usually just the 4wd parks... scenic rim, crystalvale, city view... and some further away parks...
The rear bar makes a huge difference as to what you can get up.. You are lucky wth your model as a lift is easier the only downside is your narrow wheelbase.. the coil/torsion rocky I have has a much wider track on it and feels very stable and never feels like it will tip.. it is great fun lifting the wheels right up in the air...
