Nice work.
Did you open up the exit hole from the manifold to the adapter plate where the internal welds are?
This would allow more flow if there is enough room for the removal.

I'm thinking of doing the same for the dmax and making a similar dump pipe and also exhaust out of bends etc.

hey bud
yeah i did die grind it out a little but only to smooth it out abit really. did think about grindin it out more but couldn't really see to much advantage from it unless u ground out the entire manifold

Hi guys, i've owned my ra rodeo for about a year now and i love it! I picked it up for only 7 and a half, with only 70.000 on the clock as it was a repairable write off from the christmas hail storm in vic, being an ex police car, it was in an excellent condition!
so far my mod list is:
tjm bullbar
rear bar
sports bar
roo lite 220's
maxxis bighorn 31's on stock suspension
Colorado tonneau cover
impco gas system sitting in the garage waiting to be installed
2din in dash unit with a 12" sub for the long journeys

i've just ordered bunch of new parts that i will starting doing this weekend:
1" body lift, toug dog foam cell 50mm lift, lightforce 240 hid, hid headlights, snorkel, another pair of roo lite 220's, dual battery system and a few other pieces, i'll do a thread soin with my progress, if any one has questions or advice about the lift, feel free to ask me and i'll let you know how i went on monday! And i'll have photos once i figure how to upload them.

Gilestim, What turbo are you now using? Have you had it on a dyno or anything yet? Ive been searching for a decent turbo upgrade for awhile now and keep coming up dry. Any help or info would be greatly appretiated.

If it's anything like my 2000 model (and it is in many way) getting the bolts out of the tub is by far the hardest bit.

In my models tub, they are *welded* in to the cross beams from the top. You know, where the tub is now neatly preventing you from getting to them...

I'd recommend checking those out first before starting the rest.

As far as the height goes, 50mm is as far as you can go with any kind of ease. Again, I don't know for your specific model but I didn't need to extend anything but I wouldn't want to go any higher.

hey mate
at the moment im using a t28. boosts pretty good but a tad laggy.
ganna swap over to a gt2554r shortly. the gt2554r is the smallest ball bearing turbo that garrett make.
and will bolt straight up to all the fab work ive already done as they are the same flanges as the t28 that im using.
