First post on the forum.

Hey im looking at a set of 07 RA rodeo 16x8" pursuit looking style rims for my tf rodeo its a 2000 model dualcab & I am looking to put 255x70x16 rims on the rims.

Will they fit without problems? thanks.

No - the offset is all wrong - RA rims will rub on your chassis/suspension and restrict your steering lock

16" RA rims are +38 offset, what you are after is something in +6 or 0 offset

They do fit but do not fit tyres any bigger than 245/70r16 as larger sizes will fowl the front suspesion on full lock. I had a set on my 99 R9 rodeo and had no problems at all.
2004 RA crew cab/chassis 3.0TD - Snorkel, bullbar, UHF, longrange fuel tank. sliders almost done
1999 Jackaroo 3.5l V6 - bullbar. The family bus.
