triton wheel bearings

hey guys my front left wheel bearings feel loose as do the front right

just wondering whats involved in tightening them or do i need to replace them? could it be any old steering components giving the wheel that slight movement? also when i drive the car the front left seem to have a slight noice when i turn the wheel - when i say noise it sounds like a slight rubbing sorta noise (no not tyres - its hard to explain) to me it sounds like bearings

To tighten the wheel bearings you will need to jack the vehicle,
remove the free wheeling hubs.
You should then be able to see a large nut.
It should have a locking tab on it that needs to be bent out of the way. Remove the large nut & the locking washer.
There will be another large nut that you should be able to see, nip it up (don't tighten it).
There should be no play in the wheel bearing now.
Now re-assemble.
If there is noise in the bearings then they need to be replaced.
If your not sure how to do it take it to a workshop.
If you don't grease your new bearing properly then it is going to cost you more than getting a profesional to do it for you.
If your wheel bearings are loose the noise when turning can be the brake disc rubbing on the disc pads.
But generally noise when turning is worn wheel bearings.
