A mate has a GQ with a 2 inch lift and wants lift his bullbar now. He has a hi-mount winch also. What the go with this, what should he do and look out for.
Thanks in advance.
Andrew
Easiest way to do a gq bar is cut the chassis mount area of the bar vertically just in front of where the chassis comes to on the bar, and then re attach using some 8mm plate to drop the chassis side mounts 2" [or bar up 2"] then gusset the 8mm plate with an angle plate each side.

heyshed, do you have any solutions in regards to side steps and side bars (ARB). I want to lift my body 50mm on my GQ, but it looks like the flares will come in contact with the side bars if i do any more than a 30-40mm lift.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?
