front bar

hey i am in need of some help in designing a front bar for my 97 hilux i want it to be a tube style kind of like this

i would like it to be capable of holding a winch. if anybody could give me a hand it would be greatly appreciated, i have a mate who can give me a hand building it i just have no idea were to start with the design.

4H make winch cradles for welding into custom bars...might come in handy
