Hi Milux,
There's a book you can buy from your newsagency, not sure what it's called, maybe camping withs dogs, or something, its only a small book but got info on camping grounds, caravan parks etc. or you could search on the net,
hope this helps

Gday MiLUX
The State Forests usually allow dogs, but I would check before leaving and get some Proban (from the Vet) for the Dog as Ticks are a real menace down there. We used to go to Meroo Beach with the dog.
there is several good camping spots between milton and batemans bay that are in state forest areas (dogs permitted) yadboro flat is a geat spot on the clyde river in the hinterland near pigeon house mountain. contact state forestery for maps.
hi ya.here in NOWRA we have a fair few of them around Yarramunmun and Yowel. the area is all state forest so you can take pets in there (i do all the time) plenty of tracks for all differnt levels of skill. a good number of cars is about 4 to 6 we have found that any more and it just takes to long to get through as there are not alot of spots to pass. there are also a few creek crossings of vairouse depth. give Shoalhaven 4wd club a call on (02)44215271. the guy you want to speak to is thier pressident Allen Hodges. He should be able to point you in the right direction
Hope this helps
