hi all can anyone confirm that i can replace my diaphragm without having to remove the whole pump, I think i can undo the four slotted screws and out it comes with spring and shims ? dont want to lose it all over the driveway any one done this. hj60 2h 5 speed thanks andy

Yep.Undo the four screws.Remove cover.Note what is removed next as it comes out.There will be at least a spring and a spacer.Diaphragm is held onto a rod that goes back into the injector pump with a split pin.Remove split pin.Remove diaphragm.Dam easy in a 60 series.Bloody impossible in my truck.Got to seeing the split pin,then after some constructive language I decide that the diaphragm looked fine.Also pays to remember to put all the bit back as I did not and had the spring spacer in my hand after the cover was screwed back on.
