Hi guys, thought I would throw a couple of pics up showing you what is possible with the good old Tamiya Clodbuster.. You can purchase pre-made chassis from the web for them but I decided to try making my own. Also tried making cantilever suspension but had problems because I couldn't get flanged bearings... anyways was put on hold a year or so back after a battery pack blew up during testing and decided to take out my super Rooster ESC:mad: Now I have a mortgage and am saving for a wedding I can't justify spending the couple of hundred on new ESC and battery packs for it atm..
anyways if you have any questions about these Rock crawlers let me know ;)
(Below 2 coke cans opposite wheels and a 750ml Icebreak bottle under the frame ;)).

(front on, notice the chassis is reasonably straight still!! canti setup works well if setup right)

(A fair amount of articulation!! I have the Juggernaut tyres on the truck and the standard clod tyres are what its flexing on, they are actually a little wider than the Jug ones).
