Just curious as to what area roothy is talking about when he refers to the 'Mudflats' ?
I gather the area is around Brisbane somewhere . Or maybe Wynnum?
Cheers

apparently where he lives is a nice place he wouldnt go into much detail of where but he has said its large and has heaps of sheds !! every mans dream!!
id love to go there and see where but then it would be like stalking him so i can see why he dont say too much !!
I always thought the "mudflats" was the Waterloo hotel in Wynnum, across the road from Pitstop??

If you have ever seen the Wynnum/Manly foreshore at low tide you will understand where "Mudflats" comes from. Not to mention all the mangrove lined creeks in the area that feed into the bay. Personally I reckon it should be called Mosquito Flats. :D

The restaurant across from Pitstop used to be called Mudflat Mary's. Don't know if it still is. The area is renowned for the mudlats. Roothy's red machine is at Pitstop at the moment.
