80 clutch drama's

Hi guys, have a 1990 80 series which I destroyed the transfer in. got a second hand box from a 1994 80series but found the imput shaft spline is different. my original had 21 spline where new box has 14 spline. went to get new cluch to find they are different diameters. my question is what would be the best way to make these compatible change the clutch setup or change the imput shaft
