3.4 efi lux

hey guys i have a dual cab lux with a 3rzfe engine in it and i've just found out that the head is gone and i was just wondering if it would be possible 2 swap the 2.7 for a 3.4 efi v6 and was wondering if the conversion would be worth the trouble and costany help would be greatly appreciated thanks

what year hilux is it?

If its between 98-2004, then it should be a straight swap, just get the mounts required and the ecu and wiring.

Not sure on the gearbox, but I reckon you may wanna change that over to suit too.

Could be cheaper to get a 5 litre in there, thou dont quote me on that.

um its a late 97 model but its still the model rnz169r like the 98's so there the same car apart from the year' yeah i thought about the v8 route but i dunno about that as its still gonne be used daily 4 work and stuff so i dont really wanna fork out 4 the pettie
