Just wonderin if anyone out the knows wat i can get done to my engine (4cyl, 2.6, petrol, isuzu) to give it a bit more grunt. ive had extractors n a bigger exhaust put on but just lookin for a couple other things i can put into her to get more out of it.

Have you considered supercharging it, the computer by todays standards is out dated big time. A new aftermarket computer will get some more power but not much to warrent the change.
Shave the head, put a new set of bigger valves in.
Sorry but a NA petrol requires big money for a decent power increase.

Well you're halfway there, improving the gas flow out of the engine should be complimented with improved airflow into the manifold, octane boosters and higher quality fuel (read as Petrol/Avgas 10:1 ratio) will all see improvements however not on the scale of a highly modified engine (as mentioned by the previous poster) :thumb:
FWIW straying from the original manufacturers engine specifications can yield power results but to the detriment of longevity, economy & in many cases reliability (they can become tempramental)
