Hey Brett. Just wondering has the pump settings and exhaust gas temps been checked? is it running to much fuel down the throat? just a couple of things to look at. also , not that it will affect highway croozing but u may want to check the viscous coupling fan as it may have lost its efficency( usually notice when running at lower speeds)

If you buy a new fan hub make sure you spend the money and buy a davis craig or get a spacer made and fit a fixed fan Ive just been through overheating problems on my 2H I replaced everything then got the s**ts and bought a v8 diesel and still had the same overheating the only thing left was the fan hub from the old motor so fitted a fixed fan and worked like a treat but like I said the davis craig fans are good as well upto 90per cent lock hope this helps.
