I wanna get my rig crawling
but I dont now witch way to go
krawler gears or a split or duel transfer case
I drove a siarra with reduction gears and it was great off road but when it came on road it couldnd get over 100km/h
Price is something that will come into the eqation too.

OK, so it's a FJ40, with a 351 V8?
What tranny are you running, tyre size, diff ratios, etc.
Twin transfers if available will be $3k +, is this the sort of budget you're looking at?
The more info you pass on, the easier it is for us to help. :)

Have a read around...
http://www.marks4wd.com/lc-extra-low-tc-gears.htm (but you'll need to upgrade your t/case if it's not a split case now)
http://www.marks4wd.com/Cruiser-Crawler.htm is another idea. Or you could just fit s/h Bunderra 2.3:1 gears to replace your 1.9:1 now.

Also in fitting all of this would the diffs need to be worked on of will they be fine STD?
id go for the dual transfer set up if you can afford it, that way you have more gear options, instead of super low and high range

if you go changing the diff ratios, it will affect your garing ALL the time but if you throw a set of Marks crawler gears into the transfrer case, it MAY only alter low range.
I'm not sure if anyone does a dual case setup for cruisers.
My hilux has dual cases and it's the way to go. I don't always use low low range, i have the perfect gearing for any situation.
