6.5 chev diesel/gas

Howdy all just wondering if any one has any experience with fitting a gas system to the 6.5 v8 diesel chevs? If so how did it go power, economy etc???

G/day valoo, yes it has been done by marks 4wd adaptors. It was set up in conjunction with a turbo, but the lad kinda had it set at about 20 percent and it demollished the engine. It would work ok if it was set up to about 8-10 percent, but as I understand, it wont make it any more economical but an increase in power is noticeable. I am currently experimenting with HHO and will make my findings available on the forum when I get it perfected. Les

I have LPG fumigation on my 6.5. I use about 15 litres of LPG to every 75L of Diesel. On the dyno I got 27% power increase and 22% torque. I am currently getting about 13 litres of deisel + 2.5 litres of LPG per 100km. If I turn the gas off I get about 14l per 100km but loose all the extra power. My GU weighs about 3400kg with some fuel and family.
