Leaking diff

My rear diff has a smear of oil on it. It comes out where all the bolts join the tail-shaft onto the main axle bit (hope you understand :P). Its only on one side, near the top. Below the breather. I wiped it all off to see just how much is coming out, i went out and checked it and it got drops forming on the bottom of the pumpkin. Its not coming out fast.

Any ideas to what needs to be done? Is it just a gasket or sumfing?

Yeh thats it, soz. The bolts to the housing

diff cover gasket, you will need to pull the axles out and undo all the bolts holder the centre in clean off the old gasket and replace it with a new 1 and get some good gasket sealant to go with the new gasket when you put it all back together,
if it's only a very minor leak it won't be too big a drama for the time being if you don't want to get it fixed straight away as long as you keep tabs on the oil level in your diff.

Check your breather while you are at it Scott.something is probably forcing the oil out.if the breather is blocked it will cause it.
