Wheel nut spanner

I jsut bought my 1990 4Runner 2.8D and I needed to take my tyre off today and I couldn't find the wheel nut spanner. Where is it usualyl kept? Am I just an idiot or maybe I just don't have one which seems strange.

hey mate,
it should be in the pockets in the rear of your car. mine is in the one on the drivers side. if not, lift up your rear seat, the jack, and extension to get the spare out is under there, maybe someone put it under there.
