I bought one of those a while ago. Had a problem with it & rang them to sort it out & they replaced it no worries. It is is a tough dog damper. had no probs at all since.
This is their shop website

dont get the rtc damper, just get a decent no coil damper, like the ome ones.

i reckon they are a good damper.
i bought one for my 4runner mainly because i was having alignment problems but i also like how it pulls that steering to centre a bit quicker!
much prefer the rtc damper than the normal non coil dampers but that could just be me

udm, why do you say not to go for the rtc damper?
udm, why do you say not to go for the rtc damper?the damper itself is to small, the spring "makes" it look robust.
if your castor is at specs, your steering would be going back to centre on its own.
btw, thought you might want to see this ;)

i am now running 1 of these, it is great, but expensive, which is why i suggested to use OME.

the stock one is caked in oily crap like the spring one.
i figured that the 4 way rtc damper would have to have been bigger than the stock one, its only about 40mm dia.
