gears giving grief

im struggling to get the old 60 petrol into second coming down the gears - synchro seems to be dying slowly - any idea how much this is gonna cost me - bloody thing - never stops costing me money - lucky i love the old boy

gonna get a heavy duty clutch fitted while its all apart


any ideas

Double clutch it?

Quick Trac did mine years ago, been beaut since.

Synchro rebuilds on an 80 box is about 2K (or a bit less). Couldn't be too different from a 60
