Turbo upgrade

Can anyone help or reccomend someone to install a water to air intercooler to my 04 turbo diesel hilux.

What apart from the intercooler would be a good performance upgrade. Are the chips worth the $1500 price tag.

I am in the south west sydney area.

i was looking into doing some things to get better economy out of my 03 TD hilux the people i spoke to said that it would be best to do the computer first then you will be able to benifit from the exhuast and the air to water cooler but with out the computer you are not going to be able to tune these items in to gain max benifit from the

i would think that it would go some thing like

computer make the car tuneable - exhaust make the car breath better removing excess - intercooler bring the temps down operate better

and apparently the air to water coolers are really easy to fit but i havent done one before i havent even looked at them but they are ment to be easy
