A friend's 2004 Grand Cherokee 2.7 litre Turbo Diesel is going through front disc brake rotors every 40,000kms.
I don't know what type of pads he is running as their are a number of different types depending on which calipers are on the particular vehicle.
This will be the third time: 40 thou, 80 thou and now at 125 thou kms they are again below the minimum width for machining again and need replacing...Again!
Any ideas out there as to what's going on or is this common for this model?
