I am in the process of servicing my Rodeo, I have at last been able to remove the oil filter (what a bastard of a place it is in), changed the oil (after running it for a couple of hours with oil flush stuff in it).

And that was the easy part.

I want to replace all the radiator hoses, radiator cap, and thermostat, all the belts filters etc etc.

Does anyone know the code numbers of the hoses I am looking for? One of the books in my local Supercheap doesnt have the Rodeo in it (that is the brand that SCheap stocks). The other brand's book does have the Rodeo, but SCheap doesn't stock those brands (why they have their book god only knows).

Belts are the same... No Rodeo in their book.

Radiator cap, and thermostat fuel filters etc etc... Again no dice with them being in their book.

So... Where did you get your spare parts from? I have been in contact with Holden, and their parts are very expensive. However I may have no choice and be forced to get their parts.

Would you believe $250 for the Radiator overflow bottle.

Or $150 for the washer fluid bottle???

A list so far of what I can get from Holden... If you guys can point me in the right direction for aftermarket parts, I will love you forever.

Upper Rad hose - $22.31
Lower Rad hose - $28.60
Overflow hose - $36.83
Thermostat - $64.35
Radiator Cap - $30.75
Red Coolant (5L) - $69.00
Overflow Bottle - $247.40
Washer Bottle - $150.15

I am able to get most of the spare parts from auto one. What they don't have will have to be sourced from the dealer.

yeah auto one or repco just go to a mechanic and ask them where you could get them at a reasonable price as for the washer and over flow bottles check your local wreckers out you just never know

Yeah checked the wreckers for the bottles, but its a no go... Plenty more of them to try around though... For now duct tape will do to hold them together.

You could try these people. Because of your location you will have to order online. Follow the links to their downloadable catalogue.

Hope it helps.
