PIZZA HUT SUCKS

just oredered 2 pizzas, ordered one panfried super supreme and 1 hawain, received one hawain and one meatlovers, phoned up to complain, and the manager says we will send you out a supreme, but get this, the wanker says ne wants the meatlovers back, i said ok, but once i hung up i thought stuff him im hungry, so i ate most of it and put the rest of it in the fridge for the kids to eat tommorow, all i left him was the smallest piece, their driver showed up, and i snatched the supreme off him before he said have you got that other pizza, i gave him the box with one tiny piece left. and then told him i was starving and had eaten the rest of it while i was waiting, i said if your boss doesnt like it he can ring me and ill tell him where to stick his pizza, the rude bastards didnt even say sorry for the inconvenience, they can go and get f#&ked, ill ring dominoes next time.

ROFL, the meat lovers was pretty ordinary, and no the asshole hasnt rung back, i wish he would, id love to abuse him and tell him what i think, mmmmmm maybe ill ring him ;D

I had the same thing happen a few weeks ago. Ordered a large Hawaiian and a large Pepperoni deep pans. Got the Pepperoni, but got a Meat Lovers instead of the Hawaiian and both were on some crappy thin crust.

We called and complained and got both replaced for free. Yummmm, 4 pizzas for the price of two. ;D

They applogized and fixed it right away. ;)

I would think if it was a ground breaking headline that the TV or paper would look at it but not really sure that getting the wrong pizza you ordered is national news. you never know though until you try. you might get a free garlic bread or something :o

I dont go to Pizza Hut, its La Porchetta for me. Its cheap. Once i got a free pizza coz i found a nut (nut and bolt) on my pizza after biting into it. That was the highlight of my day ;D

nah didnt crack em, found it on the first slice, so i ate the rest and left the nut till last, then i complained

yeah porkies is the go, back when school was on, used to go there 2 or 3 times a week for lunch.

Pizza Hut don't even deliver to our suburb I don't know why because Dominoes & Eagle Boys do and they are all in the same place (Gorokan). So I agree with HM Pizza Hut can get stuffed. I find Eagle Boys to be a lot better pizza anyway

I agree mate, it's bad service and a letter to the regional manager should do the trick [whatever you do, you need to state what results you expect, so work out what you want to happen and ask for it] Can't see tv being interested, unless you found a rat or something smothered in cheese...

Is it any wonder they are going out of business. I read yesterday that they are closing franchises around the country. There couldn't be much money in selling pizzas for $4.95.

the last few pizza's iv had from pizza hut where S$!^. so im going somewhere elese next time.

normally what happens if you have the wrong pizza is they send out the right pizza, or they give you a credit
they dont normally take it back if they made the mistake in the 1st place

but if there is something wrong with the pizza, they will prob ask for it back to see if you are just trying to get free stuff, And if there is something wrong with it they will try and stop it happening again

the problems of the wrong pizza was prob the stupid people at the call centre making a mistake, they do that alot, they would normally figure out someone made the wrong pizza before you got it

if the store is connected to the call centre, then your complaint would of cost the store $10, sounds like you just have a shit store near you ;)
