Gday all ! My name is Phill. Live in Sydney. Up until 2 weeks ago, i had a 1985 SR5 Hilux, wasnt a bad truck.

I now own a 1995 DX 80 Series Landcruiser, It came with alloy winch bar (no winch, grrrr), snorkel, towbar and alloys wheels. Oh, and its only got 104,000km on it ;D.

It now has a Mannells 5" Megalift, 16x8" steel wheels and 315/75/16 (35") BFG Muddies.

Next on the LONG list is a dual battery setup, lights (probably Lightforce 240's), and a GOOD UHF.

Phill

You can post them to Offroader Web Site (http://www.offroader.com.au/overlander)
I have recently confirmed with Steve & he has said providing we do not abuse it, we can post there.

OK now to post them here.

What I do to post a pic, is as follows (pretty simple stuff once you get used to it)
Before you start, you will need to get your picture(s) hosted on a website somewhere & be able to view those files through the internet.
1, Find the URL of a picture.
What I do to get this is find a pic, right click on it & select properties. The full url path will be shown.
Click & drag over this (including the http part) & once the full path is hightlighted, right click again & select copy.
2, Put the link into your message
You can do this by right clicking on the text part of the screen (where you can type) & select paste.
3, Now you want to make the url into a picture.
Click & drag over the full url path you have just pasted in, highlighting it.
Then click on the http://www.4wdmonthly.com.au/forum/YaBBImages/img.gif button.

To test it, click on Preview.

Best way to test is by being gentle & slow, let a wheel get off the ground & see if progress is halted. I know a good place just near lithgow for that.
Alternately, just find some mud & have a ball.

Thanks all!! Hopefully getting it back tomorrow arvo. Getting front wheel bearings and swivel hub bearings replaced at the same time. Getting it wired also so that each locker can be used independantly, instead of the rear as a primary
