Hey guys and gals. Hope ive put this thread in the right place-no sarcasm intended- was wondering who is goin to the Menai Cleanup on this Sunday. Would be good so we can introduce ourselves to each other and put names to faces. This could make it a little easier for people like me who hasn't met any of you and with the forum trip coming up would be great to call people by name.

Hey Humpy- just a quick word to say that if u guys are interested to go to menai u must have participated in at least 1 cleanup day- involves 4 hours ( only a number- dont have to be that long at all) cleaning and the rest of the day fourbing at ur hearts content.

Dont you have to be part of a participating club or can I just turn up?

The club probably has only 3 or 4 of us that would bother, the wattagans are so close theres no need to go to menai.

As far as i know u can come as a member of ur club- dont have to all come if not possible. i usually show up with 2 or 3 other trucks from the club

As I understand the Menai access is based on 1. Having been in on a CLeanup, and 2. a member of an affiliated club.
Also since the cleanup is an Association "trip" the 3nd requirement applies to being part of the cleanups.....
But if the club IS afflilated - then it doesn't matter how many turn up....

BTW having just attened the October cleanup - I can assure you it's not hard work and is actually a legitimate reason to 4bee - then you get to drive afterwards too......really IS a good day out!!
