Turbo size on a 1HZ?

Just wondering about what size turbo goes on the 1HZ diesel? T3, T4?? Just looking on Ebay and noticed that you can buy a new turbo for less than $300. Always an option if you blow up current one!

dont buy one off ebay unless its a brand name as they are a cheap import from china that blows up very quickly

I have a T03 Garrett. Its actually an AXT Turbos kit. Seems pretty good, it does have a bit of lag, but once it starts spinning it really kicks.

ive fitted a few from ebay. they have had a short live span, some causing further damage to internals of the engine. far cheaper to buy a quality turbo first up.
