1993 Hilux door pockets?

Hi,
I've got a 1993 Hilux, and so does a family friend, both are 2.4 petrols, pretty much identical machines. Anyway, not long ago they had an accident and the drivers door was replaced, it has the same interior trim as before, which is the same as mine, but the new door has a factory looking pocket on it.
I want to know what model (two wheel drive? four wheel drive? year?) Hilux has door pockets, with the same trim as what I have now (blue in colour)
Toyota couldn't tell me, does anyone here know?

No idea but I'd like to know!

Maybe out of a surf or 4runner but I think they are different doors... Best bet would be to look at an SR5 hilux but I don't know if they had a blue interior..... Possibly pre 1991 SR5 with a solid axle front end?

im pretty sure none of the standard lux's came with em. pretty sure the surfs did and the sr5 lux's and probably even older then 1991 if it has a blue interior. they changed in 89 or 90. i had a 87 lux with blue interior.

I'd say it's from a surf or 4runner (Both).

I've just sold door trims from a gen2 Runner and they had them. And the Surfs are better optioned too, so I don't doubt they'll have them.

Also, my 2001 workmate 4x2 (worktruck) has them too, and thats povo pack.

If you cant source a genuine item then...
in the past for people i have just gone for a walk around a wreckers and had a look the pockets on different vehicles ( not nec 4wd's ) just found some close to the right legth and colour...some even carpet...lol

they are usually moulded plastic and simply screw in to the pocket thru the door trim from the back.....comes up looking smick and if you match the colour close they'll look like they were always there

Prob cost ya stuff all for the plastic pockets and an hour of your time....
