Another Qlder joins the list.
Basically have a 97 1HDFT powered 80 Series GXL Cruiser that has quite a few accessories (F&R Airlockers, lift, seats, LR tank .....yada yada yada) Its not a competiton so I won't go on about it.
This is basically my version of the ideal dual purpose vehicle. I can go and play or I can do the off road tourer. There are plenty of vehicles more capable no doubt but the Cruiser does it all reasonably well.
Done quite a few big trips Eg Simpson & beyond, Cape York (twice and again next year), Gibb River Road & Mitchell Plateau) and aim to do as many of the desert tracks as possible before they close them down or I die.
