We just got back and i'm pissed cause i got up there after laurie broke his lux' so i didn't get to see it run. Was some excellent competition though. Peter Sterling pulled out last night after breaking his front diff for the third time this week. The worst thing about being up there for 4 days is now i wan't to do things to the lux that i can't afford ::)

Only 9 starters actually faced day 1.

I'm sure David is a little disapointed, but at least the quality of competitors is very high!

It will only get bigger next year.

when i was up there 2 weeks ago racing they said they had 12 entries, so a few must have pulled out late, yer it would be a little disappointing but it is hard to race everywhere, with the money involved and time it takes to get around every where, I think with it only being a few months after the outback challenge that might have kept numbers down a bit I don't know.
