79 series cruiser (looking for >2" lift for)

hi i have a 79 series ute and am looking to modify
im having trouble finding a lift bigger than a standard 2 inch
looking to go up bout 4inch and looking for a 60% offroad 40%on road
i have diff locks but looking for more articulation
ive seen lots but cant locate who is doing them any advice
would be a godsend
also looking to turbo wondering which kit is best value for money
and performance also herd good things bout gas is it all it cracked up to be
