anyone know wat that bearing is thats on the hub shaped like this on a 79 series landcruiser they have small berring about 1 cm long by 1 - 1/5 mm wide

Sounds like the stub axle bearing that helps support the stub axle bush.It's pressed into the stub as far as I am aware.I was told by Terrain Tamer that this is the standard for all Toyota swivel ball front ends now,bush plus a bearing.
Not easy to tell from your high quality Cad drawing though.

aparently its called a roller bearing there is a brass thing that holds it in that place
