sheared hub stud

ok... i know it shouldnt have happened but it did. got a 93 hilux, and had the front freewheeling hub apart, and when putting the freewheeling body back on and torquing the nuts to the factory specified setting, the stud sheared itself.
first question, is it possible to remove this stud? and second question, if it is possible, how?
