06 RA Rodeo TD Air Flow Meter

Hi all

Has anyone had a problem with there diesel rodeo's air flow meter. today my ute deceided to go into limp mode foot flat to the floor got about 2500 rpm.

I took it straight into holden as i was only round the corner and the service manager got straight on to it. the computer said everything was fine no dash lights on. unplugged the ecu and plugged it back in again and the dash lit up like a xmas tree. so they think its the air flow meter.

The ute was in for a service yesterday and had an ecu reprogram for exhaust gas something (cant remember last bit). could this have caused the air flow meter to die.???

the reprogram of the ecu is for the egr valve, the dealer would have replaced the acuator solenoid as well. for more info goto "RA rodeo power loss after swimming" Thread

Got it back today the Air Flow Meter was dead and making the ute go into limp mode. Holden service manager at camden was great everything covered under warranty
