Check out Outerlimits forum and go to the Suzuki Bible. Bit of info in there for you to start with. All accounts is it is a powerful engine, especially with turbo but might lack in the torque department. Dont really know though. Check it out.:thumb:

We have done it and it wasnt oo bad.. all the usual quirks involved in a eng conv...
u wil have to change mounts and we ended up running a hiace radiator cos the std one couldnt cope.. there is a few other things but i dont remember now!!

The sprinters didnt come with 4AGEs, its just an easy conversion. They are from the front wheel drive corollas. They are awsome engines and cheap to buy. Infact Toyota nearly didnt release them because they were going to be used as a race engine, factory forged internals and real easy to get reliable power from.
So anyways, let us know how you go, cos Im tempted to do zook in the future with one.

MOST aussie sprinters have a 4ac...
the 4ac box will bolt to the 4age anyways...
i have the zook now that crankycuser put the 4age in...
i carnt see it being that hard!!!
i will be using a 4aFE and a 3spd rwd auto :D
the main issue is the lenght!!

Yeh i get that problem all the time :P
4ACs are crap and T50 boxes are pretty shit too, but its not too bad when you dont have much power.
So it goes well then?

a 4ac has shit loads more poke than a zook 1300!!!!
in my opinion the 4AFE is still fuel injected, has slightly less power but heeps more torque than a 4AGE... and sound just as good on the limmiter!!!
and you will pay SFA for a 4afe loom and computer!
mine should when it is finished........
...
.......
when that is i don't know!!!!!

that would work 2!!!
7afe are pretty common and heeps of poke!! you could even put a 4age head on the 7a bottom end, turbo it, and well it would go rather hard... personal experience, mate had one in a rolla 13sec 400!!!!!
