Clutch options for 1989 2.8 3L lux

hey everyone,

just pulled out engine for a re-build and decided i'd do the clutch as well. just wondering where to look and some suggestions for what type of clutch and what the values are normally for a standard or heavy duty. I'm located in brisbane.

pro's and con's for going heavy duty.... do u end up breaking other stuff with having a heavier clutch or is that only in extreme cases.

Generally speaking, a heavy duty clutch is designed to be 'dumped' and won't have as much 'feel'.
