Can anyone tell me if a "personalised picture" can be uploaded from a hard-drive (within the profile page) ; and if so how?

i think its only from a website and not a hard drive :'(

no u cant do it from ur machine, its a bugger :'(

And worse most free hosts (like geocities etc) don't allow linking of the images either..... :-X >:(
