Removal of sierra guards...

Hey all -

I decided to replace a dinged guard on my 92 sierra, but I have come across a few problems...

Firstly, is there an easy way to get the large phillips head screws out of the panels, especially the ones on the door hinges?

Secondly, what is the best way to seperate the glue (sikaflex??) fastening the guard to the front grill/clip section? Knife?

For the ultra tight screws, use an impact driver.
