gday everyone. was looking at buying a feroza (daihatsu) and had a few questions:
1. how hard does it rev at 100km/h
2.how is its off road performance
3.general comments on its speed and general drivability

1.mine goes alright. it revs at 3000 when goin 70km/h, thats in 4th gear.. i forget what it revs at while goin 100
2.yeh im pretty happy with offroad performance. i get hardly any wheel travel in the back.. but i get some flex in the back
3. in general i like my roza, its got good power to weight ratio, better than a suzzi seriara.. yeh mines abit bumpy, i got ome shocks in the back and they go alright..

They do rev a bit @ 100km/h. I would have thought closer to 4000RPM than 3000RPM (been a while since I've checked mine!)

It's not really an issue because the engine is made to rev. Overtaking I've seen 140km/h.

Be careful with after market springs as you might end up with an extremely hard ride.

yer i agree murcod.. i just went 4 a trip and mine was reving at 3800 at about 100k/hr.. and i get a fair bit of power loss going up hills, but its all good.

Forget about the feroza and get a rocky....Rocky's are better offroad, more reliable,more economical and you have the option of a turbo diesel which is so much better than the crappy 1.6 feroza engine...
