zook f10a Torque specs

Can any one tell me the torque specs for the cam gear bolt and crank shaft pulley.

I removed them to paint the timing belt housing and need to tension the bolts.

Any help would be appreciated :)

just do them up nice and tight and don't! use locktite! lock the ringgear with a screwdriver in the little hole at the front of bellhousing and tighten the crankbolt with a big bar. the cambolt you can just do up with a ringspanner , just hit it with your hand to tighten when you got the belt on. trust me ,this is how we do it all the time and never gives a problem.jacko,suzi tech.
