2 inch spirings 2 inch shackles and 2 inch body lift would there have to be any more mods done to fit this like extending brake lines and stuff like that ???? on a 88 sierra

Brake lines would be a good idea, perhaps extended bump stops also.

2" spring lift with extended shocks will need longer brake lines, 2" shackles need nothing else but you may consider castor wedges, 2" Body Lift needs some mods ie braket line bracket relocated, fuel filler hose adjusted and a second or double thickness steering biscuit or steering shaft modification. I have these fully described in my Body Lift instruction that are included in the kit I sell.
