I need to replace the stock deck with something that actually plays CD's.
So I need to locate a Wiring Diagram..

i know it doesnt help you directly, but i just googled the name of the car and wiring diagram, or stereo wiring diagram and got the goods.
ive searched for ford holden and hyundai.
