Hi all. I'm looking for aftermarket 1220mm Jackaroo t/bars as my b/bar's weight made the front end too spongy.
Cheers.
a spongy T/B front is usually easier to fix with a good set of shocks.... fixed mine!!

I've got Rancho 9000's fitted on all corners.
I can control the rebound, though the bound (ie: nosediving under brakes, braking around a downhill bend with a dip) that makes for some interesting and sometimes uncomfortable feeling of wallowing, and bottoming out too easily. I cranked up the front a little when I fitted the bar.
Do you think gas shocks at the front might fix it a little or a lot?
Cheers.
i have the same problem to a certain degree on down hill cornering...... but mine is more related to a lack of sway bar! :-X it kinda sorta just dissapeared ;D I have TJM - XGS 2000 series shocks on mine, and they do a great job!!

Is your bar steel and are those shocks gas or foam?
Cheers
my bar is alloy... and the shocks are gas

Do you think with my steel bar, gas shocks will help? ???
hard to say, i haven't had a steel bar...... if it's not too old i don't imagine it's going to be much heavier than my alloy one
