hi ive got a 2h 4liter with a aftermarket turbo. Ihave just put a intercooler on and still seems like it isnt pulling up hill as good as it should.I want to no if the waste gate makes any differance or turning up the injector pump because the pump has not been tampered with.Or any sugestions how i can get more power thanks.

you need to match you boost, fuel, and timing to get optimum performance!!! i have a 2h in my 75series.... i gained 25kph over the top of a large hill near home after i turboed it... im currently running 9psi with fuel and timing to suit. im more than happy with mine! PS mine aint intercooled(YET)

boost is adjusted via the wastgate... it is probley an internal wastegate(wastegate is built into the turbo) so the rod on the actuitor needs to be adjust in length! dont go overboard go in small inceremants. remember the fuel will probley need to be adjusted to suit the extra boost.... you maybe better off taking it to a repiteble diesel mechanic unless you are confident in doing this. after a change go and work it hard and make sure it dont get hot. Mine have the original fuel pump on it. the fuel is adjusted at the back of the injector pump. note i have a 3inch exhaust, safari snorkle and an oil based uni filter, and good intake piping! sorry about the backwards and fowards in my writing.
