EDIT: Nevermind. It's not an LSD anyhow. But I guess if I knew it would be useful anyhow as I have a mate with a GQ and his thinking maybe a locker for the front. LSD might come cheaper and be more of whta he wants..

The ARB site says the rear MQ H233 diff is the same as the GQ front H233 (both 31 spline.) But they give a different model number for the locker that fits.

If say an MQ had a rear LSD in it's H233 could that fit a GQ front H233 diff?
Thanks.

it does, but you have to modify it,
the diff center you are after is out of a narvara, from late 80's till mid 90's i believe,
check it out first, part numbers etc(just incase im wrong),

cheers ray

The R50 Pathfinder (not the very latest!) rear diff is the same as the GQ/GU front and should be a fairly simple bolt in job! Seen it done on a GQ without any signifcant issues! Not positive which Navara it is, but would guess at the same vintage as the R50.

Well the plan was, if I had an LSD in the MQ put it in the GQ's front and then use welded rear in the MQ.. But never mind, no LSD :(
