camping northern NSW

Hey guys,

got a longish weekend comin up and thinking of leaving QLD and heading towards byron bay somewhere. two quesitons.... are we able to camp on the beach anywhere around that area and where is the best fishin??

a couple of month ago we went to Bundjalung NP head down just south of Byron to Evans head you can enter the beach just south of that there are 2 camp areas on the beach at Black rocks about the middle of the NP and then further south at woody head both camp spots are good there are few camp spots further inland if the wind is howling ,,,i think black rocks is best can have fires there there is no drinking water there so make sure you take plenty with ya ,,so less people wanna camp there which is a bonus ,,,you can pay your camp fees at woody head good fishing over the whole beach have fun mate its a great spot
