Patrol vs Pathy

Anybody knows why the manufactures dont give the Patrol as much power as the Pathy? The Pathy diesel is rated at 126 kw and 403 nm, to the Patrols 118 kw and 354 - 380 Nm. The Patrol is a heavier vehicle so why would they allow it to lag in power? We wont even talk about the new Landcruiser 70 with the V8 diesel.

The Pathfinder is a new model whereas the Patrol is still based on the older model and is still using the ZD30. I would assume that when the new Patrol is released it will have a new motor?

i read some were a while ago tat the pathy will soon be comming out with a V8 from the titan or somthing. maby theyll put a the v8 into the navara too:D . they should put a v8 in the patrol.

V8 pathfinder will only be released in the USA :confused:

your patrol sounds kind of crappy. why don't you get a tb48de to forget your pathfinder problems?
