hi all
i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction,
i am getting air into my braking system but not loosing any fluid at all
which makes my braking distance about 400m longer than it normally would

also i have a bleed kit and i bleed my brakes to try and get the air out but after i do about 4 hours later the air is back in there and the brakes basically fail again
i have gone around cheaking all of the bleed nipples and brake lines and pads and all seem fine
the only thing i havn't cheaked is inside the rear drums

all thougts would be greatly appreicited

thanks,
adam

Is it getting air into both front and rear brakes or only front or rear. It could be the master cylinder rubbers leaking. When you bleed your brakes, push hard on the pedal once you have got all the air out and see if the pedal slowly goes to the floor. If this happens then your master cylinder is faulty. It probably wouldn't hurt to take the brake drums off and see if the wheel cylinders are leaking.

if your rear cylinder are leaking you will most likely see fluid on the backing plates!!! i would look at your master cylinder!!
