Before you say it, yes i looked. I couldn't find anything in detail regarding the above question. (yes i might be blind)

ok u can buy plates to do this or if ya cleaver redrill the holes on the diff pearch

you'll need to modify your steering drag link torque bar and tailshaft

I think snake racing makes some spacer brackets for the job - aprt from that I'm not entirely sure what else is involved - but probly a fair bit

Thanks guys, i have adjustable drag link and diff locator.so that should be ok, so id just have to lengthen the front tail shaft.anything else??

you can buy spacers

im not sure on the legalities of them, but it may be the cheaper option

The snake racing ones move it forward a inch. I was hoping to go more. is it possible or not?. And is it a bad idea to go futher?

yeh i didnt think it was a huge improvement. you could try an engineering place or something. they might be able to make one up for cheaper

Yeah i think i migh get some plates made up to move it 2inch forward.
then i'll have to space the steering to i think. And i'll need to space the tail shaft 2inch too. hope fully i have enough adjustment on the drag link and the torque rod.

just check ya brake lines too.
give hardy spicer a call damn good prices on tailshaft mods, if you go anywhere else they usually send it there anyway. they do ALL my shafts.

not sure about the 4y's but check your sump clearance aswell

The most you can move it forward on the oringinal perchers is about 30-34mm or something like that. If you put rear springs in the front it will move your diff forward about 3inches but with this you would wanna go crossover or high steer.

Baby Lux just beat me to that one as well, rear spring set to the front will give you about 70 mm, I wouldnt go spacers as they require longer bolts which equals weak link. why risk a dnf for a hundred bucks worth of drive shaft extention.
Superior engineering have something else you might like to try, being "drop shackles" Ive never tryed them but would like to.
Good luck take pics and let us know how you go.
